Safety is one of the main priorities at SVK. The panels belong to fire reaction class A2-s1,d0 in accordance with European standard EN 13501-1 "Fire classification of materials, construction products and building elements". Specifically, this means that our facade panels can only make a limited contribution to fires, and they are tested under the strictest conditions. In the event of fire, there is only limited smoke development and no burning particles can fall from our plates. When designing a fire resistant wall or ceiling, the complete construction of the element must be taken into account, paying attention to the fire safety of the other materials used, including insulation, the mounting system and the interconnections between the materials.
